oh god...i think my heart would stop beating after eating that. but I think I have had it when I was about 5 year old (during 1990)
It's actually pretty impressive that they were able to switch away from beef tallow and still have really delicious fries. No one else has been able to match theirs.
They also put sugar in the salt to caramelize for that golden brown crunch.
Curiously, however, are now fast food outlets to improve the quality of their food. Sometimes you can get a very healthy meal at your local fast food joint. They are no better than food cooked, but they are certainly better than the classic junk food.
